UPDATE The Great Dorm Tower Update

Do we need to force delete (uninstall and reinstall) in case it doesn’t show up properly ) ? For either Android / IOS users

 

I got the update, but my dorms didn't change, yet my spinner UI and other UI all changed... 😂 Is this a bug? Now when I try to login it says, "Download the latest version" and it redirects me to the play store where there is no update 🥀

I reinstalled the whole game and now it doesn't redirect me to the store anymore, but the dorms are still unchanged 🥀

I can second the comment above me uninstall and reinstall work . Of course I have ATA ID configured already ** before someone uninstalled in a rush and didn’t have ATA ID configured already.

 

Thanks for letting us (not just me ) know. I was unaware of them being aware of the issue.

 

It would be much more helpful if ATA could tell us if the update goes by stats, or amount of years played, so we at least have a general idea.

 

Pretty sure your update is not letting anyone into the game without updating the app. Which we don’t have an update for…

 

My misc cap has quadrupled... I was working on hitting my misc cap. Literally no one asked for this what the heck.

 

I feel like y'all should give defined stat ranges to we know who's getting the update & when

 

Please sort this out, as I can’t reinstall the game, as far as I can remember, doing so resets my Tapjoy progress. And I kinda don’t want it to reset?

 

Then, like the mod answered my message said

 

But i have Version 7.54 already since today. Why does it ask me to update then?

It works again after i deleted cache only.
