ALSO APPARENTLY, the refund is being given back to us in our bank? I don't use the bank a lot but doesn't it take 20% off when you take something out🫪. It's givingggggg uncool tbh. They’re not refunding real money. It’s part of the game, so if they’re good developers, they should already have a proper algorithm that handles everything automatically. They’re obviously not processing every refund by hand, one player at a time.
Doing it in groups makes sense because it allows them to test the system more carefully, but the process itself should still be automatic.

Of course, bugs and delays can happen, and I don’t think people are complaining about that. They’re complaining because there has been no communication at all. At this point, they’re basically ghosting us: very mature behavior.
