I got silenced for looking for someone exchange my chibis for a bento once in the wrong chat (I thought it was exchange) without a warning. Are you serious?

 

Unfortunately the 2-week grace period for warnings ended already.

 

Unfortunately this games core is communication, silencing people without any warning for a simple mistake won't help keeping it alive...

 

Not my decision; I was just explaining why a warning didn't occur.

I agree I got silent for absolutely no reason oh sorry I was quoting a song 🙄 if you don’t want children to play your game put an age verification on the game so you have to prove that you are over 18 or 21 to play in the adult servers I shouldn’t be silenced for your stupidity

 

Can you tell me who decided this? And how I contact this person/people? I would like to bring my complaint directly to them, and hear their explanation how this makes sense to treat players like that

 

The game developers did, and you can contact them directly by sending a help ticket. They're also reading this thread for feedback and suggestions, but to directly contact them you'd send a help ticket.

 

Bring back spinner prize announcements to campus and the club party update banners. 😔 I enjoy walling people about their wins and checking whats happening where across clubs.

 

Please tell me you modify your tutorial quest accordingly to the silence policies and channel updates. I see to many new players doing their first tutorial quest which is to ask a gift on campus / world chat. And getting silence

 

I think they listen to @limoncello comment in previous page.

how do I get a help ticket

 

On your home screen, top left, click the gear icon. Once a pop-up appears, click “Help”.

On the new screen, top right, click the message icon. Follow the prompts to share and discuss the issue you’re having in the ticket to the devs.

 

From the main game page, tap the Settings wheel icon in the top left corner, then tap Help. If you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a purple button that says "Chat with us" 🙏

 

Posting for visibility, if you're a player who was silenced for "Wrong Channel" and have been silenced for a duration longer than 24 hours, you may write in a help ticket to get the silence reduced.

This is a temporary fix while the devs work on a more permanent solution.
