  1. Do you mind sending in a support ticket regarding the glitches you encountered in the event shop? If you are able to, please include any relevant screen recordings + screenshots you may have (you should be able to attach and send it once you have a ticket started).
    Including things like that are super helpful for the design and engineering teams when they go to investigate.
     
  2. So... My 75,000 blooms are just gonna sit in my showcase forever? I was trying to get another bohemian box, but it basically wouldn't allow me to buy another one until changeover, so that fucked me over in a big way. I literally couldn't use the blooms until changeover, but the shop stuff left at changeover. Could you please back the shop stuff for a day?
     
  3. +1. Please bring the event shop items back for one day so the players who did not get to exchange their drops in time are able to.
     
  4. I sent what I could but didn’t take screenshots. It was just normal lag. I’ll try taking screenshots for future reports. It seemed that buying one of any item caused lag with any other purchase.
     
  5. I agree with a lot of these points. Giving an extra window for purchases means that people can maximize their time partying without stressing about lost blossoms and also accounts for people who may work during changeover.
     
  6. Direct feedback from admin is definitely a plus here, too. It feels like a step forward in getting the community, especially f2p involved.
