I’m guessing 1b on the l’amour bookcase. It’s a popular set, but I’m not sure whether that higher pricing would apply to the bookcase or not.

No idea. Is Emerald City last month’s monthly furn? I would expect it to be slightly higher than hunt furn if so. What type of furn is the hourglass? Depending on the set’s popularity, bigger pieces may go higher than its standard compared to smaller pieces that may still go the standard rate. I presume the other sets you’re asking about go the “normal” rate and that you just have to add for levelling approximations as linked by the original post.
