Every Even tier new things release to allow smaller players room to grow. (I don’t see many complaining about the 1 Free DN or 3 Free DNs with Ads you get, as this helps the smaller players) Next cash cow is making Invites a normal party. Possibly adding higher payout for seasonal ones. They rather make 110ec cost normal vs 69ec and 98ec respectively. Considering DNs and EC cost have never been inflated. Always the same price.($1.99, $4.99, ect) Considering the amount of users who hit parties, including the massive stats with t13. Cat Parties get finished fast. Dogs are the same way. Always think from a companies perspective. The issue is the company has laid off a lot of workers, and also did sell the company to a mega company who owns rights to many other games. Just Google them. The company that bought ATA is in financial trouble. So much so they had to turn the company into 3 separate company entities, as a member of the community since 2012. I always look into the companies well being and picture how they can grow the company. Since I researched the company that purchased them I stopped spending money on Gold Subscription, as this was my only “fun expense”. Playing for 12+ years you can get a picture of the next move of the game. The new company has enough content to shut down and re-open when the economy can get better. Without needing any new employees for content for 10+ years. New players and old players would start fresh, and new money would flow to the new companies bottom line. This is capitalism. 😳
“The 1 Free DN” I mentioned, was the daily XC they introduced during t12 Era. 365DN $365 if you just play daily. Vs 0. 👀 Just incase someone asks about that comment.
To further up on my content, the reason you see soooo many bots and black market running wild. Has to do with the new company taking over. More “daily users” looks good to the big boss aka new owners telling ATA what to do. Seen this move before the bots got crazy. Hopefully I’m wrong and we see ClapTrap with the ban hammer soon. But so far it’s going the way of profit.

The biggest problem is… I see all these players complaining but then I click their profile and I see the story pass (ec version) in their profile. Now I know.. Sp has the best value for ec spent but like..weither you paid bentos or ec someone bought it and continued to contribute to ATA’s bottom line if you own the newest sp. Changes won’t happen unless ATA sees a decrease in profit with the pages of complains in customer service 🥲.
I agree with this. I just had a quick look also and it's disappointing to see people on this thread saying boycott ATA but are still supporting their crappy new content and getting the VIP pass. Don't support it and it will send a message! I've cancelled my monthly subscription, left a one star review on and won't be buying anything ec related until they get their act together. If you're serious about getting our beloved pimd back to the way it was, y'all should follow up your words with actions. Otherwise your protest means nothing.
I agree with you, that’s basically why someone else said that their community has no backbone and it’s true. We do not. And that’s why they get away with it. 17 pages of complaints — definitely the post popular(negatively) post I’ve ever seen. And how many words have we got from ATA? Absolute zero. And based on the record they’ll come up with some generic answer and November 1st they’ll release the monthly avis they’ve leaked already and everyone will forget about this.
The ban hammer is not coming for boys/alt accounts. I did saw some people get accounts banned which opened those accounts during the weekend xc with misc but that was dime a dozen. As per ATA one single user can only have 60 alts but there are hundreds of alts on single IP churning out the misc and ATA is silent on it. Any half decent tech company will store all it's user information including IP and device type so if they wanted that ban hammer would have fell ages ago.
FYI: If you’re struggling, if there has been changes regarding the design team or if people have been laid off, whatever the case is, COMMUNICATE with your community. COMMUNICATION is key. I don’t know what’s the problem really, but is it so hard to let us know what is going on? At least a note? You guys do it on LinkedIn, don’t you? At least help us justify those actions you have been taking lately. Don’t give us generic copy and paste answer that everyone is so tired of. It’s baffling you have been in the market for so long and yet fail on the most basics.
You say 17 pages of complain and some manager in ATA would be furiously creating a ppt on how a single event created so much "engagement" to be shown to shareholders and get a big fat paycheck for Christmas. Only way to address this is to stop opening your wallets because all this "engagement" is nada when u have 100 players dropping 10k$ in 15 mins( all the upcoming BBBs).
Considering the ones complaining had bought the original pass considering this is a reboot of the same story pass we have a right to pissed off because they keep trying to bring back old avis that were not so popular
But if it was sold a few years ago, wouldn’t we still be seeing similar concepts from the last few years? I get that they’re bringing some content back, but this rerelease is a lot different than what they did with the Fae easter eggs and evil JD earlier this year. That was kind of fun.

I understand that you would also like an answer, but if your complaints were constructive criticism, rather than insults, perhaps the answers would come sooner. You can express your discontent without having to insult or invite others to boycott ATA and their games. Also because, IF THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE PAID CONTENT IT'S BECAUSE YOU SPENT MONEY ON THIS APP UNTIL YESTERDAY. Yesterday you liked everything and everything was fine and today because you don't like something, you act like children, blame your feet and play who insults the most? 🤷🏻♀️ There are posts in the Forum where there are a lot of other players requesting the return of old avatars and old SPs. Ignoring them would not be fair either. They are also part of the community and they also spend money on this app like you. ERGO: they are as valuable as you, whether you like it or not. If you could look a little further than your own backyard and learn to be less selfish, perhaps you would be able to understand that: 1) there are people who want these old SPs and these old avatars; 2) There could be a thousand reasons why a company may find it difficult to always present products/services, (just think, for example, of the famous bitten apple brand, which released a new smartphone literally identical to the previous one); 3) As I said in my previous comment, if you think you are better than ATA and more professional, apply as a designer, or make up your own game! I want to see how happy you would be to receive insults from half the community, just because you try to make the other half of the community happy too! I also want to see how long it would last. How long YOU would last.
