This event is stupid. No one will trade wakehollow ravens because pay to play players are selling the ravens instead. I cant trade my raven off to start the story because people only want to be paid for the ravens.
Why not sell your raven and use the bentos from selling it to buy one? It involves more than one trade but this seems like your best route. Or you could purchase the raven straight from the shop.

The tag doesn’t work (not triggered a notification) because the player never went to the forum within the game. Therefore, the player won’t receive the notification. Once the player tap on the button Forums either in the gear / 3 bars on their screen just to load the Forums, once then it will work. And you can eventually tag the player, again and it will trigger a notification.
