Yeah, I've also had a random video ad pop up too during a flash and no way to close it early. I thought I got away from the video ads with my subscription🥹
RevU is shady. I tried about 15 different surveys. They get a bunch of personal information only to tell you "Sorry. You're not a good match for this survey.". Yet, spam the living shyt out of your email and get a dozen or so random phone calls a day.
Any web survey is gonna sell your info to scam companies. Only got yourself to blame if you gave all that personal info willingly so many times
The only thing I feel scammed out of is ECs for taking the time to do the surveys. The email is use is a throwaway one, so at least it's not clogging up my main email, and my phone # is on the National no call list, so I just report the #'s after they call. No big deal. The issue is being scammed out of the ECs after completing 90% of the survey only to be told I'm not a "good fit" for the survey. SMH. Like, if the goal is to sell people's information then at least give them the handful of ECs.
Ata has nothing to do with the offers provided. Thats purely down to your location, what device you are using (ios/android as apple has its own seperate rules as well) and the provider (tapjoy/revu). As said in the post. If you are having issues with any of it send a help ticket. Theres ALWAYS going to be bugs when something new is added. Moaning about it isnt gonna fix anything. You gotta actul do something about it if you want it fixed
I appreciate the feedback, but it's garbage TBH. I've sent help tickets WITH screenshots only to be told they can't do anything. My point is, for anyone considering trying these offers, I'd suggest NOT investing any real $ to complete an offer because it's not guaranteed the vendor will keep up their end of the bargain. 🤷
Make sure you got to the point thats needed (some people forget that bit or understand it wrong and still have more to do (mainly game based). Send a help ticket if yes and still nothing after 24hrs since doing it. I remember when i did offer wall when it originally 1st came out sometimes it took a day or so to process. If you use multiple accs on the same device check your other accs. I also found that if didnt full log out and fully close the game then restart it (the game meaning this game...pimd) it would still think i was on the acc i was in just before (including when posting on forums as it would come up under my other accs name instead if i didnt full close out of the game and reload). So rewards could of gone to them as well
The deals on this are really good, I had to wait 3 days to get one of my rewards from the win-win casino deal but got it today! Was definitely worth the wait lol
This is trash it refused me for an offer it said I wasn’t a new user when I never even played the game before. Now I try to contact customer service on other completed offers I didn’t get credit for and it automatically declines
Excellent, I'm pleased to see ATA has found a work around for iOS users that were inable to participate in Tapjoy but without removing Tapjoy for those of us that have had a good experience with their offers.
While I appreciate the attempt to work around the imbalance between android/iOS offers. I have only experienced increasingly frustrating issues with ReVu. A long with many of my friends across multiple platforms. I had hoped by now PIMD would be able to work with a more promising offer platform. The customer service at ReVu is atrocious.. at this point I’d rather PIMD align itself with a video offer platform and let us grind ads for EC like we do for spinner tokens. Please.
Agree. I'm still waiting on my ECs from offers I've completed when RevU first got released onto here.
Does anyone know where to find the “order/user number” on the support contact for RevU? I can’t find it so I’m unable to contact them about reward completion and getting the ECs.
If it’s a game you should have a user id in the game use that, if it’s a purchase then it’ll be whatever was sent in your order confirmation
