You just download them from the offerwall in store and try to meet the requirements for earning however many ecs.

Also, the 1 ec offers about finding colleges/car insurance/whatever only really require you to do the first two steps of entering your zip and then clicking a link to be rewarded. I earned 35 ecs from doing those! 😂
