  1. recently i won two lite boxes for Autumn fall by completing two parties but was not credited those in my profile however i was credited the rest of the items i had won. how is this possible? please fix the issue

  2. It should’ve popped up but if it didn’t and it’s been at least 5 days, you can make a support request via Help and ATA will send you the link directly.

    This thread is for moderator applications, you can ask ATA for a breakdown of your rewards and your placement. I’m not sure if they still do it but I had a similar issue during the 89th Encore Awards hunt and they clarified for me.

  6. Restart your phone. Clear game cache. Uninstall amd reinstall. You have to do that every time

  12. I've advised you to pick the closest time zone. If there is no south Asia option, pick an Asia zone that is similar.
