The ingredients and how it’s made is what makes food interesting to me, that’s why I prefer to cook food myself but I also enjoy it. I’m not like some amazing top tier chef but my momma taught me well, though I do have my preferences lol if I can put it in a salad or pasta then it’s exceptionally yummy to me.
I eat mostly vegetarian meals but sometimes I’ll have chicken or fish in my meals. I prefer the flexibility for now but I suppose I’ll go back to being full vegetarian eventually. Very rarely will I eat beef or pork. I’ve been really into ceviche lately and I want to try making my own homemade tomato sauce for pasta!
I make my own tomato sauce for pasta and its yum. 5 medium - large tomatos (canned or fresh, but fresh makes it taste better) 1 carrot 1 corget About 1/4 of a red capsicum About 1/8 of a red onion Cook it all down season with salt and pepper at the end before blitzing it up. Adding in garlic will probly also make it even gooderer but thats way to expensive. I put in garlic powder tho and also basil
You mean courgette? Google defines a courgette as "a green variety of smooth-skinned summer squash; a zucchini"
I need ideas to tryyy. I feel like im eating alot but still only averaging no more then 1200 calories in a day which turns out is way to low. Need more ideas to try get my head to want to eat
If you want to eat healthy but get some calories in maybe try some Asian cuisine. I love homemade ramen!
Foods that interest me right now include...salads. All the salads, lettuce salads, spinach salads, pasta salads, potato salads, macaroni salads, bean salads. It is salad season.
First rule of all salads is there are no recipes. General guidelines for pasta salads are to cut up whatever veggies need used up in your fridge, add cooked pasta and italian dressing. Season it if you want. Then let it sit in the fridge for at least a few hours.
I’d get banned from forums if I have the honest answer 😂 But Belgian waffles are really nice! So fluffy and warm and soft and fun to eat.
