Why the let’s say you’re a woman? Anyone can get harassed, it’s not gender related. having this said, and I got harassed by customers not co-workers. I let my boss know and my co-workers. Unfortunately nothing was done about it. But in these situations is it’s always the best to report it. And to let them know you are not comfortable and that the situation should be handled before it gets worse.
