What’s the problem?

 

I suggest saying what the actul issue is.
But general troubleshooting:

• Uninstall and reinstall
• Clear cache

If neither of them work either then send a help ticket explaining the issue in as much detail as possible to make their job easier to try fix your account

The post doesn't say what the issues are! He only says what he's done to try to fix the issue -- never says what the issue is. That's why none of us are able to help try to figure out a solution. If somehow you know what the issue is, please share so we can try to help.

We are talking about not getting our notification right away.

 

Thats called lag. Happens either from bad internet connection on your end or within the server

 

Do what Dino said or send a help ticket. You can ask about game bugs on the pimd discord too.
