    I think new devs have a little ~probation period~ before they get any items!
    I don't know! Was Ruby still on the dev team after 29 June 2016? I haven't seen any vintage items regarding her.

  4. How so¿ I took all new screenshots from my PIMD crate in my showcase, and none of the older ones were removed from the Crate and/or had their descriptions changed.

    Some devs might no longer be on the team but their items are still available. Therefore they aren't vintage yet.
