Honestly unsure on emperor/empress but I’d guess 150: 🍱. Moon is popular, so most sellers post for 50:🍱. If you’re selling though, you’d have better luck with 70:🍱

If you meant 3 empress/emperor to every 1 moon then yes. Although I see most moon traders wanting only chibis/bentos or swapping for either death or lovers 1:1.
