Learn about the animal before deciding to get 1 as a pet. Alot of turtles can out lice humans or even up to 50yrs. Dont put a animals life at risk coz you are to lazy to learn about them. Take the turtle back till you are motivated and want to learn about turtles

The price of a big enough tank and the right kind of tank....the water filter...the heat lamp....them alone are expensive as fuck

Take it to the vet to find out exactly what breed it is so you can learn how to look after it proply if you not gonna take it back. Different turtles need different care and temp levels in their tank
