You need to spend 15m on tutors per 1kcs of your stats to get the most out of parties. If you are planning on staying on the game i suggest working on getting a total of 15b spent on tutors then you dont have to worry about tutors again until you are 1mcs in stats.

The stats of the tutors you get dont matter but i suggest low stat ones so that you are more likely to keep them

Keep them all level 1. Do every odd tier till get up more. Tier 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11
