  1. Idk if any of you remember this cake I made nearly a year ago but if you need a reminder:

    It's pretty amazing. I baked a bday cake for my roommate today tho and wanted to show it off in all it's averageness. Not quite as good as last year, but look anyway:

  2. That improvement though omg. The roses look amazing! Did you make them beforehand and then place them on the cake? Or were they just piped on?

  5. I made them beforehand and baked the sugar mix. It took a few tries tbh because I kept making them too big and the pettles would look all puffy rather than crisp
