I only just found out recently that there is an award for maxing your tut hires.

 

I did it on my old acc coz i was bored so was doing awards. Hired a bunch of 1k value noobs till it gave me it n then it wouldnt give me more saying was maxed. Had 250

 

You just can't do it anymore, but if you had them you still do. Lois still has 350
