Takes more skill. A auto is just stop and go. Manual you gotta listen to the revs n have good timing n shit to get good shifts n not have to double drop on hills
I drive stick. I would disagree that it takes more skill. I guess I assumed when I asked that more people just learned to drive stick and chose to drive automatic
It 100% takes more skill. To drive a auto you just gotta put your foot on the gas. With manual you gotta know how to work a clutch or the car will stall and you wont move anywhere
No I know how I works I just said I drive stick 😂 but I mean like I assumed more people learned to drive stick when they were learning how to drive..
In the US, most people drive automatics, I know it's different in other parts of the world. You don't have to know how to shift over here to get a license. I like shifting, learning to not roll on hills was the really hard part for me. Plus the transmissions are so much cheaper to repair. It's definitely cool 🙂
I like manuals coz have more control. Its Its why im still actul ok with driving my auto coz can manually put it into all 4 gears so its almost the same as a manual
Nope, nowadays most people learn and test on automatic. I'd love to learn how to drive stick but I know no one that has a stick to teach me. My parents know but only have automatic cars now.
I already had an actual american road trip much further than philly planned but it keeps getting postponed by border ppls and my frens work schedule =[
