That's mostly what the entire forums (specifically the Off Topic subforum) is for, so I don't think a single thread is needed for it. Threads are supposed to be for more specific topics, like a thread to discuss music tastes or a thread to discuss favorite foods.
This. However, you're not in trouble or anything! I'll go ahead and move your other thread in to off-topic but do consider what was said above in the future. Also, please make sure you don't end up making double threads in the future. Minor thing but it helps keep forums clean 🙆♂️ Locking 💚
