What exercise are you getting during corona? I feel blobby and lazy, I haven't been moving as much as I usually do other than occasionally going on walks and my once a week work shift where I'm on my feet. I started doing pushups for a few days but then forgot and quit
I can now carry a case and a half of wine at once! 🥂😌 Since we've been on skeleton crew and my guys are all laid off. 😔 They have adapted the regulations for becoming yoga teach certified online during Coronavirus, and since I love it and the price was great, I signed up. So, although I often went to classes before Coronavirus, I've been doing a lot more yoga. I have lots of time to do the studying too 🙃
Me & mom attempted doing a ballet & yoga based workout together but we’re very bad at motivating ourselves to do it almost everyday like we’re supposed to.
I used to walk to my classes and almost everywhere else, and now that I've been exclusively home for like a month... I'm also just a blob. I don't really like exercising, walking has always been pretty much the only exercise that's pleasing to me. Maybe I'll start going for quick walks around the block.
One of my friend’s moms does an online Zumba clas. I tuned in for it once and I honestly felt so out of shape.
