  1. How productive were you in the last 30 days while you had the opportunity. what did you do that you wouldn't do on normal days?

How was your overall experience during the lock down?

  2. I finally got hold of my dad's accounts today and sold all his stocks and bought gold etfs and bitcoin, which I have been advising him to do since Jan last week but he wouldn't. He's pretty pissed at me ATM lol.

That's the most productive thing I've done in my entire life

  3. I’ve surprisingly done a lot actually.

I’ve learned how to cook and bake better, my mom and I fixed up the garden...and the family room and my room...we’re basically redoing our entire house at this point.

    Sansa and YourDailyDoseOf0rg-sm like this.
  4. Not as much as I'd hoped to.

I did some housework, set up a new room for myself, replaced the grouting around my kitchen sink, I've got more into fitness than ever before, read a book, and have been learning Spanish.

Getting back into PIMD was not the desired result but it's been sort of fulfilling. Self isolation still doesn't have an end in sight so I have a few more things to do on PIMD, then I'll stand back again and do some more projects.

I wanted to start work on a book and write a comedy routine, as well as some garden work.

  5. Um, well I updated one (1) of my forum guides and catching up on years worth of missed sleep from work and, when I attended, school. Other than that I been PIMDing, baby! And training my new puppies. We are making progress. πŸ‘
    Ooooh, what about? πŸ‘€

  6. The history of handball as well as how to teach it and differentiate it in the Australian Curriculum.

Schoolyard handballs is a big game here in Australia and I've heard of schools banning it because of the debates that are often had over the rules.
I think that teachers don't really know how to handle it when it's a good opportunity for growth and learning especially around debate and negotiation.

Teachers can scaffold kids to take votes and introduce the principles of democracy to increase its fairness as well as using other techniques to enrich it.

It evolved very naturally, is cheap, non-contact, and requires few resources to play. It's one of my favourite games, and one of our old Prime Ministers, Kevin Rudd goes around to schools getting involved, learning their different rulesets, introducing his own moves, and making it a cultural icon.

I think a little book could be helpful. Although really I could also just edit the wikipedia entry. That might be better.

  7. Yeah, edit the Wikipedia entry. That would be a good start, at least. I like doing that. A few years ago I even wrote an entire Wikipedia article on a local cold case that was solved after three decades. Just make sure you source the shit out of it, Wiki modmins are fucking on top of that shit like there's no tomorrow. Lol

  8. I've always wanted to try baking before. Now I have time and proper equipments so I've been self learning a few recipes. Its pretty fun :)
