Ata/ Tapjoy shall be held responsible

  1. For this post I have been making complaints to both affiliated companies in help/ as well via email, and the likes of social media. I feel as though as long time game users and people who paid in app purchases making these multi- millionaires dollar corporation such as a thinking ape and Tapjoy wealthier. Now we have these shaded crooked companies like ata/ tapjoy cheating millions people working middle class customers out of their hard earned money/ credits either denied or never received any compensation whatsoever but I'm sorry unfortunately said by ata .I'm going to make sure that ata/ tapjoy will be held responsible therefore their lack of having any good customer service nor understanding. I'm tired of these companies mishandling and taking advantage of people who spends their time and qualities into these games.

  3. I usually screen shot the end of any offer I complete, or an email from the offer. Then if the ec doesn’t appear I attach the screen shots with the request ticket to tapjoy and I’ve always gotten the ec within 24 hours after submitting the request. As far as tapjoy goes some of the offers are dumb and don’t work and they end up being a waste of time, but it seems like they usually try and help you out, at least in my experience. Maybe try the screen shots with any help tickets?

  4. It's also frivolous with the same reply by ata. They are able to help but chooses to say they haven't nothing to do it is out of their hands. Plus sending irrelevant tapjoy contact information as though people haven't contacted them by via email is frivolous and therefore lack of ata handling the situation as is . How many times people on pimd went ata for help , hasn't been helped gets the same response back with " we are sorry and unfortunately " gtfoh Ata is not sorry nor do ata cares about the best interest at hearts for their customers except for only money from paying customer still treating most paying customers poorly is unacceptable. And i hold no regards making sure that these companies faces their main issues with their customers. Lack of having any understanding therefore shall be held responsible.I suggest customers stop paying money into these games ata has horrible customer service
     
  5. ATA can't help with Tapjoy, its a service they offer but they are not fully integrated with so they can't see what you did or did not do.

    Hence why they tell you to go to tapjoy.

    But good luck with your lawsuit or whatever it is your gonna do 🀣

  7. Also you can dispute your purchases through apple store or google play depended on which device you have.

    I got money back for an accidental purchase pretty much instantly through them.

  8. Hun I have done etc A and B sent in numerous screenshots via email and yes i keep receipts. I have completed numerous offers and what you're explaining to me is irrelevant at this point that something people like me is already aware of.
     
  9. Just because you have recieved what you gotten back doesn't mean everyone else have. You have to be mindful these are multi -million dollar corporate investor's who can cheat those. The point that I'm making on my post is the lack of having no regards it's alot that people are facing with these same issues. I'm just fed up and speaking out hun

    Like if it was legitimate and you spent money on another app and were not credited through tapjoy, try and get your money back with them directly.

    It sucks that you're having issues with them but I've never experienced issues with the support I've received from tapjoy. And I've probably submitted about 5 - 10 tickets with them.

    Escalate it through tapjoy, ATA aint lying when they say they can't help

  14. I would leave your cat club if you're genuinely serious about not supporting ATA's shady crooked ways. That IHS you're using is putting money in the devs' wallets.

    What you're explaining to me I have already done hun. Via email.. You can go on Twitter Tapjoy and check out the reviews. Ata is able to help out they choose not to do so . they can take their customers proof receipts by screenshots.The point that I'm making here is that people like myself is speaking out and will make sure that these companies like ata/ tapjoy made publicly aware of what they do and with that being said .
     
  16. They may be affiliated but that doesn't mean they have the same system to see your offer completion. That's why they ask you to go through tapjoy.

    I dunno how much simpler i can explain it to you.
