Not very capitalist atm...we've taken a swift turn towards socialism in the last few weeks. A lot of freedoms have been sacrificed in the name of safety. Idk how I feel about this...I like safety and all, but at what cost?
Call me naive but I think all humans are basically good and the ones who aren't are victims of circumstance. If we had a truly communist society people wouldn't feel the need to be selfish
It isn't much different than the safety precautions taken by civilians under wartime. All those have been temporary. There is no reason to believe this would not be.
I can't think of a time where most of America was under a shelter in place order. Not even after 9/11 were we told to stay home like this. It's creepy......
I believe the British had a similar policy during the Blitzkrieg of WW2. We've been lucky to not have a full-blown war on our own land since the 19th century. Especially with post-WWI modern weaponry. Just occasional attacks like 9/11.

Look at Puerto Rico, they always vote against becoming a state. They have the option to be represented, they choose not to. They also have an option to move to any state that they please. Freedom baby!!!!

Now what? -They let the virus do it's job and instill more fear, countries go on lock down and economies collapse. - The fed has the permission to print unlimited $$$. Now they bail out the corporates and then countries by printing more debt. This increases demand for u.s dollar. Hence dollarisation of the world. -then they unleash the beast, the digital dollar putting the world under total surveillance. This will be the nail in the coffin The spike in unemployment, the planned collapse of stock markets, the negative interest rate to siphon people's money are all part of the plan.
There's also this theory about an American military personnel maatje banessi being the coronavirus zero patient who went to the military games on October 18 and Got sick on 20th. This is just a theory though, but quite interesting. Google it for more details lol. However five Americans in the team that went from USA got sick and were sent Back to America. Maatje might have infected them.

The fed is buying unlimited bonds and etfs, I think they're also buying stocks directly. They gonna bail out corporates and nationalise them under their communist regime.
