Okay, so on this account the pet rat was one of the first pets I got, I think it was the second one actually. And it's been quite a while, opening capsules back and forth daily (both purple and green ones) and I never, not even once, got ONE single bag of food to feed this rat. It's like the game is ignoring the existence of that pet on my acc. I would just like to know if anyone has gone through this and if at some point I will get this food or if this rat is just going to remain useless 🤦♀️ Also I did send a help ticket and they replied saying it's luck. But since the rat and the nibbler noms are common items on the capsule, I don't think this should be happening for so long now and I never had this problem before.

I'm having the exact same problem on this alt. I'm pretty sure the rat was the first pet I got and I have not received any food for it. I get food for all my other pets each time I open a capsule, but never food for my rat.
So, it was finally fixed! I'm not sure if it was the infinite amount of cache clearing, uninstalling and troubleshooting I've done, the recent update, or if was indeed just a matter of time. If anyone else has the same problem, it will work out eventually. Requesting lock. 😊
Im having the exact opposite problem where I'm literally only getting food for my bird and nothing else
You only get food for pets you have. So if you only have a bird, you'll only get bird food and nothing else.
