Hi there, I am having problems purchasing EC and DN from store. Everytime i go to the store to buy EC or DNs i get a notification saying ' Couldn't connect to google play store'. Is there anything i can do to fix this or another way for me to buy more EC or DNs?
Are you using a duplication app? You can't make purchases from those; you have to be using the actual PIMD app.

No, not unless you have an Apple device. Your issue lies in the Google Play store then and your best bet would be to contact customer support there.
