As a versatile cheese, aged white cheddar. It's like choosing a favorite child though. I love like 95% of cheeses
I haven't eaten cheese in years. I don't think I'd like it if I tried it again, the smell grosses me out now. I also don't like vegan cheeses, they taste...off.
Omg I love cheese. 🤤 I currently have an aged goat cheese wheel that just came in today and truffle Gouda just sitting in my cellar calling my name 🤤 But favorite? What is this nonsense? I could never choose a favorite 😂 Blue cheese might be up there in the top choices though. But real blue cheese, not that Wisconsin nonsense that gray. There was a blue goat cheese I had a couple of weeks ago on a cranberry pistachio bread with some sparkling white wine that I really need more to be in stock already. I'm not a fan of American though. I tryto stay away from fresh cow cheeses when I can, too, since I have a minor lactose problem. Aged are fine. Vegan cheese is a lie.
Agreed. I eat it, but I know it sucks and that it is removing years from my lifespan. I think I've never had goat cheese, and maybe the right kind of blue could win my heart. Unfortunately I'm not too well versed in cheese and should really try more kinds. I've had buffalo mozzarella before and it was incredibly good.
Apparently yeast infections have the same consistency as cottage cheese. Idk if you can substitute it in recipes, I've never tried
