So I love creating writing and reading all the poems etc on here is awesome! In lieu of that, I was considering holding a free to enter, short story/ prose/ poem competition. The main price wouldn't be too extreme (a bento or two, a larger furni item etc.) I was looking for some feedback on whethet people would be interested or not ☺️ If so, how would you like it to be set out? Categories for types of entered (prizes would be smaller), and whether to have a certain theme or not (if so, any ideas?) Also feel free to let me know what kind of prizes you'd be interested in if you think you may enter. Also ATA if this type of this is not allowed I do apologise 😅
It’s been done a few of times before (I won a couple :]). I’d definitely be interested in entering, stretch out my writing brain a bit.
I tried hosting these competitions a couple of times without much success, but the key is to do them during times like summer and around the holidays when people have more time. (I tried to do mine last September-October). I personally think a bento would be too high of an entry fee, I did a chibi for mine.
