My fiance and I are complete opposites in the morning. He wakes up like 2 hours before he even has to leave 🤦🏻♀️
I wake up exactly 30 mins before I need to leave 👀 sometimes 15 mins if I'm sleepy and feel like risking/rushing it.
I don't eat heavy dinners. I have a small appetite. Weak stomach maybe but there's a large enough portion of people that skip breakfast that I don't think we all have weak stomachs
I'm reading about morning nausea now, it's something I'd try to fix if possible. I saw someone suggesting smoothies because liquids don't upset the stomachs of lots of ppl. Also just finding good breakfast food that your stomach likes. Other causes could be disrupted sleep (leading to tossing and turning) and the biggest cause is too much food for dinner. A good sleep cycle and lighter dinners have their own separate benefits. The benefits of a good breakfast, especially a protein-rich ones are backed up entirely by lots of research and are multifaceted. If it isn't working now, I'd heavily recommend trying to make it work. It's the most important time to get energy in.
I've been trying to fix it 😪 always, always... Always been trying 😪 Unfortunately, it's not so easy to fix stomach problems for everyone. Personally, not eating for the first few hours after waking up really is the best option. Well, or medication, but, I try to limit the medication.
I have difficulty getting myself to eat much in general so I probably won't fix it but this is good info for others reading. Thanks.

Mean while if I had to be at work by 6am I would wake up at 4:20. I don’t like to rush, my job was about 10 mins away so I would warm up the car around 5:15, get a coffee and chill at work for the rest of the tiem wake up and such. Oh and I would eat breakfast there. Oatmeal and almond butter with a fruit most days
