This thread is just me trying to boost some attention from mods/admins. I have an open help request that is unresolved and have been needing assistance for over 24 hours now. The first ticket was closed without addressing the issue and the second was reached out to instantly but then I've never heard back even though I replied right back. So, ATA. Please. Hallllllp.
They aren't gonna respond here and 24 hours isn't long. If you explain your issue here sometimes players can give some insight
Best thing you can do when it comes to Help Tickets is have patience as you are not the only one they are trying to help. Especially if it's an ongoing conversation. You can contact a mod for quicker help (I'd be happy to help) but for most technical issues-- like being unable to log back into your account-- you may be directed back to the ticket. A few reasons your ticket could have been automatically closed could be: The issue has already been resolved but it wasn't relayed (rip 💔) Maybe it was an automatic close they didn't mean to happen (¿) You've inquired about it more than once and have gotten a response already An error on their end ATA does not simply ignore you or purposely make you wait for an answer without a valid reason. Like I said, I'd be happy to help you or anyone else to the best of my ability. However, I can't 100% vouch for ATA as I do not know exactly what goes on with tickets and don't know anything technical. I do wish you luck with whatever issue it is you have if you choose not to talk about it. 💚
