So, I looked around for this and didn't find anything, so I made this thread. I've always wondered if those pins would end up having any purpose, since we're collecting them and they're sort of showcase items. Personally I think it would be nice if sometime in the long run we could "trade" a bunch of badges for something else if we have enough of them (like a small reward for participating and voting on lots of hunts). Or if they acquired a small value of some sort. Because as of right now they're just sitting there and every time I collect one, I keep wondering if they'll ever be more than empty showcase items. What do you guys think?
Don't you only get them if you vote yes? I don't think I ever got them when I voted no on several hunts. But I agree, they're kinda pointless at the moment. If rewards were to be handed out for collecting them or something, though, I think they should definitely be given regardless of which option you selected (if this is not the case already).
You get them no matter what you vote (as long as you remember to complete quest before deadline... 😅😂) It would be pretty cool if you could trade them for something, like with the crowns. A kind of loyalty reward.
Yes, exactly. Since they're basically handed out free it doesn't have to be like a huge reward but it would be cool to see it turned to something. And might stimulate more people to vote and participate on all hunts, since you can only vote for one if you've participated.
"Positive Pete" badge, if you keep voting Yes. "Negative Nancy" badge, if you keep voting No. "Indecisive Ivan" badge, if you have a good mix of Yes and No. "Hunting Newbie/Junior/Senior/Master" badge, if you've voted for 5/20/50/100 hunts. Also I'm here to complain about why there's no feedback textfield. EXCUSE ME WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH THE AMOUNT OF YES/NOs? SPECULATE?
I mostly just vote now to avoid ata's passive aggressive "thanks, anyway..." message for when you've failed the mission. Makes me feel guilty even tho idk if they do anything with those votes
I'd actually prefer to have them displayed somewhere tbh. Maybe like a badge near your name.. somewhere. But that could skew people's feedback to get the badge they want.. hm.
