  15. Go look at mods' fight and dance losses and see which of them are experienced in PvP. They'll likely be better at hosting a system war. Also get feedback from other players about mods that have previously hosted mod crate wars and find out if the mod(s) in question were decent at hosting and whether people would enjoy the mod(s) hosting again. Mod crate wars tend to cause a lot of drama so you'll want to ensure that you'll minimize that as much as possible.
