Actually yes, she does listen to my problems, yes if I'm ever needing to get out of the house she invites me over, she helps me through what I'm going through. Shes always there for me as im there for her

Okay that's a good sign saying that she considers you as a friend, not a trash can & you guys have mutual understand the other's problem. But, that doesnt mean she like you more than a friend, or a brother - as she clearly stated. So my thought is, if you really think you have a chance - for me, you dont, no offence - confess to her. If she has mutual feeling for you, voila🎉 If she doesnt, you can clear your mind and let her go, but can still be by her side as a friend to help each other out. It will take time for you if she doesnt have mutual feeling for you, but you eventually will get over it and I think you should take those time to learn how to appreciate yourself, how to open up to others not just her.
