Okay i know it's a joke... but anyone can get the stomach flu. And apparently men and people in general get periods so this is a non-issue. We're all suffering.

Men don't bleed from their genitals but they do experience a similar hormonal fluctuation/cycle as women do. Their bodies go through it over the course of 24 hours, though, making men technically more emotionally unstable since your hormones will alter your mood every few hours as opposed to being steady for a few days and changing slowly over the course of a month.
