First task is to send someone a pass. Once completed, next task is to do the same. This is a glitch and should be getting fixed soon. You are not alone.
It's not a glitch. It's an optional quest to get more of the 25% gratification vouchers. You can just ignore it and not get more vouchers. There is another quest in the phone to get 500 drops. Those are where the story tasks are.
I have clarified all of this in the Stories Tiers and Rewards thread! ☺️🙆🏻♀️ Hopefully it can assist in clearing up some of the concern.
So yeah, the top two are what the actual side quests look like. The bottom one is the optional one. I have it and I know it, but there are people who don't have the actual side quest on theirs and only the optional one shows up.
Is that screenshot from an android? I’m using an iphone and the question gets cut off and fades to grey so that i can’t see the “(optional)” part, it gets cut off after the word Story. Is that where this confusion is stemming from? edit: i would upload a screenshot but i’m a noob w forums and don’t know how 🥺
It likely is. I've heard from other Apple users that they don't see it is optional, but all Android users I know (incl. myself) can see the optional part.
Being new to PIMD has nothing to do with it, it’s a device based glitch restarting won’t fix anything.
