Sending a help ticket says invalid session? You’d send a help ticket and they’d give you a list of questions to answer about the account and if correct enough you’d get access again
Please remember that support team has a lot of tickets to read through, and there’s so much they have to do besides that. Be patient, and they’ll read your ticket soon enough. Thank you
They have lives, other work detail, probably thousands of help tickets a day. They’re not catered to your needs 24/7 so just give it time they’ll respond when they get the chance
You’ll get a list of questions to answer, send your response and if they’re all correct they’ll send you to a site to create a new password (with an email you include with your responses) and you’ll be given the account back
Okay should take maybe 1-2 days for them to verify your info and respond again just give it time, good luck
says invalid for me too & i uninstalled reinstalled, refreshed and still cant contact anyone help please
Spam press send then iventuly it will say you can only have 1 active ticket. Then back out to home screen and it will be work. Been hapen to me sinse at lest 1yr ago
