Under the basis of insidious lies.
I thought that beneath the skies,
There's an intelligible surprise.

My subconscious wrote this,
In hopes that you would notice...
The way you take and destroy,
With every fake emotion you employ.

I find your charisma disgusting,
From the turmoil you conjure.
You embellish your lies with touching...
The innocent making them impure.

I'm curious as to why you're spurious,
Seemingly unselfish but devilish.
Your iniquitous behavior is suspicious,
When you basically wish to be a knish.

You say you're scarred from love,
Then why be promiscuous?
Tell me what do you think is love,
When all you want is what you want?

You say men look at your face,
And think "I want to protect her..."
"I want to be close to her..."
"I want to be with her..."

But after realizing you're not,
What they thought you'd be...
They use you up,
Then leave with great urgency.

You tell me that sex,
Is the only time you feel noticed...
You tell me that sex,
Is the only time you feel in control...

You tell me that after sex,
You still feel empty.
So I subconsciously wrote this,
In hopes that you'd notice...

That that's no way to live,
And the innocent won't forgive...

This world is dark and sad,
Exploited with a light that can't help.

I pray for you and this world,
