I was so confused this morning when my best friend (Who’s currently in British Colombia) sent me a message saying “Happy thanksgiving!” And I was like... it’s not even November? Anyways. Happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadians!
I'm working, most ppl celebrated yesterday. My brother's family invited me over for dinner yesterday so I went and watched them all eat because it was berry meat heavy and we reminisced about dumb childhood stuffs and then I went home and ate trifle and watched action movies w a fren. Twas nice.
Lots of people still work. Not everything gets shut down for 3 days. I did not get the luxury of having a long weekend either
I got paid time and a half. School was off yesterday but no I have never gotten thanksgiving off from work
