Reading this just gave me a trip through cho’s brain. But if you need help remembering stuff it’s good to write it down like on a notepad or even say it out loud depending on what it is. Don’t yell out in Target “I need to soak the beans tonight” or you do you. But if it’s something you have to do by a certain day maybe schedule it in on your calendar. Also for instance if you find yourself forgetting something try putting it by something you know you remember to get everyday.
