I'm currently eavesdropping on my neighbor getting arrested now. This is thrilling af since I hate this dude. His friends always ring my buzzer at like 3 am by accident since our buzzers are right next to each other. Now it turns out he's a criminal and I am justified in my dislike of him. Celebrate w me.
I have no clue. They were in the apartment when they had that discussion, to my dismay. I just saw them knock on the door, all polite, and be like We're coming in and then they forced the door open and my neighbor was all like can you give me a minute? And then they went inside and I didn't hear much til they came back out.
I cannot tell if you are being sarcastic or not. Either way, it was an interesting thing to wake up to
My old neighbours were dealers (weed, nothing extreme) and at least once a week there was some riveting entertainment. I chronicled a raid on them for hiding a fugitive, on Snapchat. It was an inner city apartment complex and the police ran after the guy trying to escape again, caught him and threw him down on the ground just below my stairs to arrest him. Turns out he'd done a runner from the police earlier in the day while being arrested, and was armed (totally illegal in Australia). People watching is my fave. Sharing it with my friends is even better. π
That sounds dramatic af and I love it. My neighbor was relatively cooperative from what I could hear, sadly (altho ig gladly for the police). I used to live in a much worse neighborhood where stuff like this happened p regularly but after I moved I almost never see arrests anymore. I feel safer but there's less of other ppls business for me to observe
Oh it was! It really didn't bother me much though, they were actually pretty nice, and quiet. Tbh, the police made more ruckus. π The area Trash & I live in now is far busier, but it's more a family suburb, so it's not quite as thrilling. It's a win, but also a loss. Netflix costs money. π
