From what i understood. Potd drops the college data from quinns mission. The pamphlets drop from specific parties that was posted a while ago.
Potd and Ppotd gives Main story drops , while for Side story to collect a certain avatar from chosen club Phamphlets dropping from specified party sections. If Potd or Ppotd is in one of the sections , it will drop main story drops and a certain color pamphlets. Todays potd is not dropping any color pamphlets, while Ppotd is dropping pink (musical) Together with main story drops. That’s how much I understand myself so far.
