Idk, majority of gay couples cannot naturally reproduce but they still get horny. Did you know sometimes men (or anyone with a penis) die with a stiffy because of the rush of blood? Embalmers often have to "break" the penis so they don't have a bulge during the funeral. Maybe this plays a factor into horniness in ghosthood, and in some cases the stiffy could represent the unfinished business they need to, uh, take care of.
Say hypothetically that ghosts do exist, would the absence of blood therefore equate to them not being able to be horny?
