Neon Masquerade Story Pass FAQ
Q. How long do we have to complete the quest?
A. There is no time limit, it does not end at the end of this hunt, take as long as you need.

Q. How do I get Rosa Neons?
A. From any current or future hunt box (Lite, Timer, Ec). The roses will only show in boxes when you have the quest to collect them. They are not giftable.

Q. What will happen if I get all the masks at once?
A. Currently, we haven't seen any major issues so it will probably be fine. The items you collect / tasks you complete will count towards both story lines as long as you have that part active at the same time.

Q. What's up with the September 24th date?
A. The stories will not be available in the store after September 24th but they will still be available to gift.

Q. How do I get the Black Lantern?
A. There will be 1 Black Lantern at the end of the 1m questline and 2 more in the 99ec questline.
These Black Lanterns will automatically combine with the Crystal Masks M/F to create your avatar.

Q. I bought 4 masks and only have 2 stories, what's up with that?
A. Everyone starts off with the 1m m/f questline. The VIP questline will start immediately after the 1m questline ends.

Q. I heard you need to gift a story pass as part of the VIP story, is that true?
A. Yes, but you will be rewarded 100ec for doing so, ie. a full refund.

I recommend that you read the thread to see if anyone else asked the same question as you before. Many people have, and it has been answered many times. And a moderator even made a giant FAQ post that is on this very page...

Uhm I’m Slow So Can Somebody Tell How To Combine The Avatar When You Get 35 Masks?👀

 

it will combine automatically once you have enough

 

For tier one is it more than two stories?

 

Because i have 55 but it didn’t combine?

 

You need to get to 4.1k jeweled necklaces, then you will have enough masks and also the lantern and it will automatically combine.

Ok i bought the 99 ec mask to start this story line. I reached the 1st avi. Now it says i have to buy another 99 ec mask?

I am sure i am doing something wrong. O have looked at the task list and it looks like in a couple more tasks i then gift the mask. Or am i reading it wrong and need to gift it now?

 

You don't need to buy another mask, just click the option and it should allow you to keep going. The first part of all the stories is the 1m questline so that's why it's telling you that you need to use your 99ec mask now.
Gifting the mask comes later.

I'm doing both male and female. Bought both EC masks, the female one took but it won't take the male one. Says I have one when I click on what I'm suppose to to use the mask. This happen to anyone else?

 

This is probably what ATA meant when they said not to do both at the same time.

 

Have opened 10 timer boxes and 8 lite boxes
So far 1 Rose

Will probably take more than half a year to get over 100 roses for those who don’t spend ECs
