    It was dumb, calling someone trash isn't really degrading and I shouldn't have been silenced but oh well the devs have a stick up their peach but I know that.

  20. i thought defamation of character was when you tell other people negative things about someone in order to change the way the public perceives them (like Sherily said).

    i think if you were insulting someone directly to their face it wouldn’t be defamation of character.

    but maybe telling someone you think someone else is trash might constitute as defamation of character.

    calling someone trash is kind of already known to be a “joke insult” tho, and you shouldn’t of been silenced for it.

    idk tho! just my thoughts!
