Probably would help forums become more popular if they had at least a subforum for other languages tho
The only reason they have it as English-only is for moderating purposes. I'm sure if they could guarantee proper moderating from moderators or devs that spoke other languages, then they would allow it. Although with forums being English-only, imo it doesn't receive enough moderating as is so I feel like that should be fixed before they add more languages into the mix.
Yes, they seem to be moderating these new forums a lot less and quite a bit slower. But they have an Asian campus with Asian campus moderators, no? We rarely see any of them in the forums. Because of the English only maybe? Also, Google translate is getting better and better. I have it on my keyboard, and, if I highlight a phrase, can translate it immediately. While it may be tougher to moderate other languages, it's certainly possible. Edit: o, I fibbed. I have to copy/paste into the keyboard, but it's still really quick and easy
