Spoiler: The Mystery: Was it a dream? Queen sat in Starbucks, phone in hand. On the screen, a Power Rangers rerun was playing. The screen froze for a second, and the phone started to ring through the headphones a moment before the name 'Rogers' popped up. Queens swiped towards the green circle. "Hey, what's up?" "Hey! You're covering for me at the meeting, right?" Rogers spoke quickly. "Uh, no? I have the week off, remember?" " What!? Shit. No, I don't remember!" Queens chuckled, "I'm surprised. I thought Maeve had announced it to everyone by the time we left last week." "Damn it. I left the beach late this morning, and I'm not going to make the meeting.... Again." Rogers didn't sound too worried about it, though. "You'll miss the first meeting with the new kid, but I bet Maeve will catch you up." "Yea, yea. If I can just get through all this traffic." Rogers pulled the phone away from his face and yelled something incoherently at the car in front of him. "Okay, well good luck with that! I'm very busy enjoying my time off, so I'll get back to that now." "Okay, see you back at the office next week. You better be there! I might be running late again." "Sure buddy, see ya." Queens said with an eye roll and chuckle before hanging up the phone. The episode resumed, and Queens sat back and continued to watch it in peace.

A Meeting With A Twist Today started early with the CEO of ATA having an idea that the company needed more people for the team . With this, he asked Ruby to help him out. Ruby starts to breathe fire and a someone appears. ~ P.S ~ ~You can read all the short stories alone ~ ~ Long story has some parts from the short stories ~ Spoiler: ATA Jean Short Story "Oh my what should I wear tomorrow ?", Jean mutters while looking into her room mirror. "Hey wait, where am I?" suddenly she realized she was somewhere else and not at home. "Hello welcome to A Thinking Ape office, I've invited you here to help me with my new game" said Mr. CEO. "Well is it a game where I can style my avatar? And is there jeans going to be included?" said Jean happily. "Uhm well no? It's gonna be a game about partying and college life online?" said Mr. CEO. "Hmm will there be any avatars with Jeans in it?" asked Jean. "If you like, sure you can design avatars that will have all type of clothing in Jeans cloth" answered Mr.CEO. Alright then! I'm in! I love wearing Jeans and well because my name is Jean so I think you get my point" smiled Jean happily. Spoiler: ATA Lowkey Loki Short Story "Zzzz" as Loki was still sleeping when Ruby summoned her. Mr. CEO waited for her to wake up as she was sleeping happily with her shiny dinosaur pillow in her blanket fort that got transferred into the office as well. "Urgh, today is gonna be a good day", Loki woke up yawning. "Uhm, hello there! How are you doing? I hope I don't scare you because my pet dragon her summoned you earlier but you were asleep so I didn't want to wake you" said MR.CEO. Loki looked at Mr.CEO and Ruby and thought that the dragon would be so cool as her pet if she could have one and she had forgotten about her being transported into an unknown place. "Uhm so, why did you transport me here for?" asked Loki unknowingly. "Well, I decided I needed more staff to make a new game and it seems Ruby likes you and thinks you're a perfect fit!" Mr. CEO said with a smile. "Hmm, well if the dragon seems to like me, I guess I can stay! Could I also get a dragon as a pet? " asked Loki with curiosity in her mind. "I have lots of dragons here, you can choose one to become your pet dragon! They love to sleep and cuddle!!", Mr. CEO said with a joyed tone. "Then I've decided that I'll work here! I hope I got a nice place where I could relax in my blanket fort with my pet dragon", Loki said excitedly. Spoiler: ATA Luce Short Story "hmm hm hmm" Luce was humming while tending to her flower garden when suddenly a burst of fire appeared and swept her away from her garden into an office space. "Oh my, where am I?? I need to get back to my flowers they need me!!", screamed Luce with fright. "Hello miss, is that a MiddleMist Red flower you're holding?" asked Mr. CEO with a large smile on his face. "How do you know?? Do you like flowers too?? But wait firstly where am I??", asked Luce in a surprising manner. "This is ATA HQ and we make games! My dragon here, Ruby transported you here as she is certain you are the right person for the job", said Mr. CEO with certainty. "Well but I only like tending to my gardens and flowers as they are my best friends. Why should I work here, when I can't get to see them often?", Luce said with a sad smile. "I think Ruby was right in choosing you as you could help with helping our company and game grow as I can see you take care very well of your gardens. That flower you're holding is very rare, it was well taken care of ", replied Mr. CEO with a pure smile. "Thank you for the compliment, but this is my hobby and my dream, if I worked here could I plant my garden nearby?", asked Luce with a sad expression. "Hmm the rooftop of this office is empty and we sure do need some plants to help this office more lively so you can use those places to plant your gardens!", said Mr. CEO after some thought. "I accept the conditions and will be happy to work here!! I'll start bringing my garden tools and seeds later to start planting!" said Luce while thinking about which tools and seeds to get from her box of secrets. Spoiler: ATA Maeve Short Story Maeve was busy playing with phone while she was being transported. She was so obsessed with her phone that she didn't seem to notice the changes in locations. "Hello there, what are you up to?", Mr. CEO asked while looking at her phone from behind. She got frightened and accidentally fell from the chair she was sitting on. "Damn I just lost this round when I was so going to win! The answer was C!!", she screamed angrily. "Hey, I'm so sorry about that! I didn't know you were doing something important, said Mr. CEO feeling guilty. "You owe me a new high score for my trivia game!", said Maeve. "I could help you with the game, if I win you work for me in my company, if you win you can ask me to do anything! Deal?", Mr. CEO said in asking tone. After some time, "I've decided that you will help me in getting a new high score, if not well I'll tell you later what I want" said Maeve. Mr. CEO took the phone Maeve passed and went to play one round. In just 5 minutes, Mr. CEO managed to answer all 100 questions right and beat the high score. Maeve was shocked to see that she has lost the bet and she agreed to become a staff for Mr. CEO. Spoiler: ATA Marceline Short Story Marceline was walking on the streets while thinking on which food she wanted to eat for lunch before she got summoned into the office. "Hmm pasta, sushi or burger for lunch?", Marceline said out loud while she was thinking. "hmm how about nuggets??", Mr. CEO replied while holding a plate full of nuggets. "Who are you and where did you come from??", Marceline asked in shock. "Welcome to ATA, the place where you can get unlimited food, snacks and deserts in our pantry! My pet dragon, Ruby thinks you're a great fit for our company. Would you like to join us??", asked Mr. CEO with enthusiasm. "Hmm did you say unlimited? Do you have nuggets too?" asked Marceline with a gleeful tone. "Yes, yes we do. We have many different types of nuggets and dipping sauces too!" said Mr. CEO. "Hmm where there is life, there is nuggets! They are the best food and I love them. It's a deal!" exclaimed Marceline happily while she was munching on some nuggets that Mr. CEO prepared for lunch and they started to talk about which nugget brands they liked better. Spoiler: ATA Strange Short Story While Strange was hiding in his room from his basketball coach playing video games , Ruby summoned him to the office. He had some fright when he saw that he wasn't in his room anymore playing his PS4. "Hello, there! How are you doing? Hope you're not frightened by how my pet dragon can transport you here. She thinks you're the one who can help me!" , replied Mr. CEO. "How can I help you? I don't think I can do it! I'm not good in most stuff!" said Strange in a breathe. "You can and you will, Ruby has found the potential in you, maybe you just can't see it yet but you'll see it soon!", replied Mr. CEO with hopes in his eyes. "Are you sure I can? I have a bad feeling about this!", Strange said worriedly. "Yes, I'm very sure. Let me ask Ruby to help you with this problem." Mr. CEO said to Strange. Mr. CEO whispered in Ruby's ear and she seems to have nodded. Ruby flapped her wings while going around Strange. After a few rounds of flying, one of Ruby's scale fell into Strange palm." This is a gift for you, it will help you with your problem", said Mr. CEO while happily cheering Strange on. Strange went to the basketball court and tried to take a shot from half court and it went in. He tried and tried and all went in. Strange was super happy that he agreed to help with out the company. Mr. CEO was watching him from the bleachers while thinking that scale magic wasn't really for his problem but for another. Spoiler: ATA Wanda Short Story Wanda was busy spending time with her dad while watching the television until suddenly her dad's mug broke. Wanda was sad about that because she had it made specially for her dad with the print #1 Dad on the mug. While cleaning up the broken pieces, she was transported into the office. Ruby was flying above her and saw the broken pieces of ceramic. Ruby opened her mouth and breathe fire on the broken pieces and it combined again. The mug floated and landed into Wanda's hand after it was fixed but she had dropped it again as she was awestruck by the event she had just seen. "OMG, there is a dragon here and it just fixed my mug!", startled Wanda. Mr. CEO appeared and said "Hello, sorry I was late to introduce myself, I am the founder of this company and this is my pet dragon, Ruby. She was the one who helped you fixed your mug! ". After he finished talking, the mug started to place itself back together and she was very surprised at the event. Mr. CEO then asked Wanda, " Would you like to join this company? Ruby seemed to have liked you alot to have your mug fixed with magic. Now it can never be broken or destroyed!" "As she helped fixed my mug, I will return the favour by helping you in your company!" said Wanda. Spoiler: ATA Winston Short Story Winston was in his backyard cleaning up the leafs and being invisible to the naked eye until he got summoned by Ruby. Winston wasn't shocked or surprised at why he was even at a different place. Mr.CEO couldn’t see anyone at first and had bumped into Winston. Winston then became normal so that Mr.CEO could see him. Mr. CEO greeted him and discussed with him while eating some peanut butter cookies. Winston agreed in working for the company and Mr.CEO was curious about how he could become invisible and Winston replied "think basic, now think more basic". That is the tip to become invisible. Spoiler: ATA Zelda Short Story Zelda was practicing magic in the attic of her house with her wand. She has been practicing her magic skills after she knows she had genes from a witch when she was 12. While she was trying to create a ball of fire, the fire engulfed her and transported her to the office. Mr. CEO welcomed her " Greeting, welcome! It seems you are also one of the people my pet dragon has selected". Zelda was preparing a defence spell just in case she needed to fight. Mr. CEO knew what she was doing and told her to "Don't worry, we won't hurt you, we wanted to ask if you would like to join the team!". "What kind of team?", Zelda asked Mr. CEO. "Well a full team of special people that Ruby here has decided", said Mr. CEO while pointer to Ruby. " Why are we special? I don't think I am? Am I?" asked Zelda who was confused. "Yes, each of you is special and has a special element which could help make my idea come true!! With your magic it could even help even more! " replied Mr. CEO. "Hmm I don't have much to do this days, since I left the cult. I guess I could join you all and chant some spells to help with making your idea come true!!, replied Zelda with always a smile on your face. Spoiler: ATA Rogers Short Story Roger's morning starts with a daily jog on the beach with her shiny pink sneakers. Roger's waits for the sunrise to happen every morning while resting on the sand. As the sun was rising from the horizon, a fireball was coming at Roger's and couldn't dodge it in time. Roger's closed her eyes and when she opened them it, she saw she was somewhere else. Roger's panicked at first when Mr. CEO greeted "Hi, and welcome! You are one of the final chosen people that Ruby picked to help out with the company l". After she had calmed down a little, Roger's asked " Why am I here? I missed the sunrise today and my morning jog". Mr. CEO replied "You won't miss the sunrise as you can see it from this window" while opening the curtains. Behind the curtains lead a door to the beach. There was a beach more beautiful then the one I was resting on earlier before. There was a hammock where you could sleep and enjoy the sea breeze. A beach hut themed Captain America was also found in the beach. While Roger's was filled with thoughts, Mr. CEO asked "do you want to work here?". She was thinking for awhile before she decided that it was a good idea as she loves walking on the beach. While chatting with Mr. CEO, Roger's also found some cute seahorses that have different colours and tones which made her even more happy she decided to work here. Spoiler: All Devs! Long Story ~ A Year Later ~ Mr.CEO has asked everyone to take a break today to help promote creativity and relaxation. Everyone screams “Yayyyyyyyy!!! Finally!!!”. “So, where should we go ?” , asks Jean. “Let’s have a sleepover” , replies Loki. “No let's go to a flower garden” , replies Luce. “No way, lets go to the beach, it's just outside our office! There is gonna be a shooting stars tonight!” ,says Roger. “Hmm so we have three choices, what do you think Maeve?”, asks Wanda. “ Well anywhere is fine as long as I got reception for my trivia games online!” , replied Maeve while still trying to beat Mr.CEO’s score from the year before. “Wait , wait there will be food right ??” , Marceline asks while munching on some chips… “Yes, of course no worries. I’ll prepare the food and some fruits then i can bring the seeds to plant them at the grassy area near the beach” ,says Luce. “Guys, any objections??”, Jean asks. **No Sound** “I think the guys are missing again they come and go like the wind” , says Zelda “Hmm so let’s take a vote, people who wanna go to the beach?”, asks Wanda Zelda, Marceline Maeve and Wanda raises their hands and it is a majority so beach it is. “Okay what are we gonna wear??” , Jean asks in a hurry… “Don’t worry , there are many of your jeans pants or skirts or mini dresses in the beach hut . You can always wear them. “ replies Rogers “Why don't people make jeans type bikinis . Would've been my number 1 choice. No doubt…” mutters Jean. “Jean try on the normal bikini . I have a spare, it suits you more ! You’ll never know if you don’t try “ says Rogers… “Well okay I guess I can try on one today! Only for today! “ replies Jean. After everyone had change into their beach outfits ~ It was time for lunch. Luce brought a few baskets of food. “Hey everyone food is ready! Time to eat! “ , Luce raised her voice. Everyone sat together on the blankets that were placed on the beach. Wanda started to find her #1 Dad mug and when she found it …. “Marcelineeeeeeee, why is there nuggets in my cup… I remember I had coffee inside before we left…. “ , screamed Wanda. Wanda took a bite of the nuggets in her cup and she thought it was delicious before Marceline snatched the nuggets back into her own paper plate. “It is my nuggets… No stealing” Marceline said while chewing. After lunch, it was free time. Luce wandered off with the leftover seeds and started to plant them into the soil. Loki went to make sand castles of her pillow fort. Rogers went to pick up some shiny seashells to make them a souvenir for the team. Maeve started asking trivia questions to Marceline , Wanda and Jean. When Maeve was asking “ which is not a rock fruit?”. Marceline replied “Peaches” while Wanda replied “Apricots” and Jean replied “Plums”. Maeve said it was all wrong and all of a sudden Winston pops up from nowhere and says … “ think basic now think more basic” before he goes missing again, he took a few nuggets and sandwiches which was on a plate…. While the rest of the team were having fun, Rogers found a cute abandoned puppy by the beach. The puppy had blue eyes and blonde hair . It reminded her of Captain and carried the puppy back to the hut. She then gave the puppy some food and tied a scarf with captain america shield logo on it. In the evening, the team played beach volleyball. Winston came back and formed a team with Marceline, Wanda , Maeve and Jean. Zelda teamed up with Luce , Loki and Rogers. Zelda looked for Strange as they needed to be equally balanced. Zelda closed her eyes and cast a spell. Later a time door opened and Strange came out of it. Loki asked Strange “Yo, did you go back in time again!” . Strange replied “ Yup, was teaching my coach on how to take a shot from half court”. “Glad your on our team” screamed Luce and Rogers! After the match it was Zelda’s team who won. Strange set up a campfire but could not start the fire as there was no matches left. All of a sudden Winston pops up from nowhere and says … “ think basic now think more basic” and uses a stick and rock to start the fire before vanishing again. The team made smores, and had a great time chatting the whole night while making wishes when the shooting stars started. After a long day, they all went to sleep back at the hut. The next morning, the puppy that Rogers found was barking and made everyone woke up. Luce got out first and saw the puppy was barking at something and wanted her to follow. The rest of the team was behind a little. Luce found that the seeds she planted yesterday have grown up so big that it could fit a human!!!! A light flashed when the dragon scale from Strange pocket reached near the plant. The plant broke and out came out a pod. The pod started shaking and soon after the pod broke open and they found a human inside. They helped him to stand up and bring him back to the office to officially make him one of the team with Rogers puppy which they decided to name “Cap”. With this ~ ATA Claptrap was born!
