Wash all the things you can wash while you still can. So back when I was still working. We have a pantry at work, I go there when I ran out of some things in my small office pantry. It's not rare to find snacks/foods that are meant for someone in there. So when I found a delicious looking grilled cheese sandwich sitting in the microwave, I took it and ate it. When the owner was looking for it, they mentioned "Damn, I bought it last week and keep on forgetting to eat it" so I guess I ate a week old sandwich. Karma hits you right away. PS. Nobody usually takes someone else's food from the pantry. It's the first time that happened. The sandwich seduced me. I'm too weak and gave in.
It was way back in grade school when I eyed some change someone probably lost just lying there on the ground. Back then, my parents never gave me allowance so finding lost change was like finding damn treasure no matter how small the amount was. When I eyed some little kid looking back and forth at me to the same spot where the change was, I felt my competitiveness kick in and started speed walking to where the money was and the kid started following right after. To my annoyance, we both arrived at the spot at the same damn time. At that time, I had been dying to buy ice candy for I don't know how long and they only thing I knew was that I had to get the damn money. So (with no shame at all) I readied my shoulder and pushed the kid who was probably like 3 or 4 years younger than me (i feel shame now), took the money, and walked away feeling like a goddamn winner (and even if I feel shame now, I still feel like one) I think I said damn too much lmao
