People's delusions can be rly funny to me. For example: today one of my coworkers was telling us about how he got super wasted last night and can't remember most of it. I joked that he might have been roofied and for some reason he took that seriously and completely changed the story and is telling everyone that he got roofied. He defended it, too, when I tried to say that actually he probably didn't get roofied. It was ridiculous. My boss also today was moaning about how he the thinks this radio station is stealing our playlist because they have some similar songs and he was heavily offended by his assumption. Anyway share similar things. Weird delusions.
I found it annoying in school when the dress code required your shoulders to always be covered. What, are you afraid the boys are gonna get turned by my shoulders? Maybe I should cover My ankles too. But wait what if they’re attracted to elbows?!
I love the delusion that mentally well people have, where they say happiness is a choice. "Just be happy!" "Smile and you'll feel better." "You're only sad because you're eating poorly" It's called Major Depressive Disorder and it has many contributing factors including chemical imbalance that may resist treatment, but OK Sharon. 🙄🤗 Side note: I've been in recovery without a depressive episode for over a year now, go me! Also, ouch, this hurts my eyes. 😅
Horoscopes, mysticism... Believing a simple test which you complete yourself can tell you something significant about yourself that you don't already know. Also the belief that people have better or worse luck than others.
Lulz ya i feel yu it's like when you've been married to yo wife 75 yrs and she thinks y'all a thing like just cuz you've been married 75 yrs dun mean y'all some serious thing fam. How delusional can ya get brah
I know someone who thinks the universe is out to get him and he has the worst luck. Like, he will do something that has consequences but will never admit to making any mistakes so those consequences are never his fault- its just his bad luck, "Because fuck me, right?" (He likes to say that) You legitimately can not convince him he has done anything wrong or that something happened to him because of his own actions. It's truly mind blowing.
