Dis tew much but good luck and I hope you achieve the results you are looking for! Feel free to donate any remaining junk food you may have to me.
I agree with some of these things, others not so much. Everyone is different though, and some foods affect people differently then others. I found the paleo diet helped me lose weight and feel as healthy as possible, and even some things with that I didn’t agree with so I changed the diet as I seen fit for my body and my needs. A lot of things about nutrition are just opinions, and it’s really about what helps YOU stay healthy. Best of luck to you!
Any diet that includes avoiding pizza and pastas is not a diet for me, I’ve also never been on a diet tho but good luck op
The lucky thing is that diet food often tends to be budget food. I agree with a full ban on softdrinks but I started work on this when I first started grocery shopping. It's meant to be a kitchen-up diet. Avoid eating out as much as you can (often entirely eliminates the want and need for softdrinks since they aren't that much more expensive than bottled water). I keep adding some things but it' slow progress and some things mights be cheaper from your markets/supermarket so aim to include those. Just fill your kitchen with healthy that you know you can make healthy recipes that you enjoy out of and you're smiling. Also this way you can just weigh things up. I decided to remove avocado bc it was expensive and bad for the environment. That stuff is meant as a baseline and a guide. You might want some things some weeks to change things up. An avocado here and there, bacon, porterhouse steak, some nice blue cheese, deli stuff in general: King Prawns, Whatever. You might not like it. You might not do the shop. I printed my list out and put it on the fridge so when my mum is doing the groceries, she usually buys a few things off of it. Have a talk with people you're sharing the house with? Your diets can grow together. Got my mum to buy a compost bin so we could up the garden game and maybe even grow something ourselves.
